Stop the censorship-machinery! Save the Internet!

Hey, I know I'm not active on here anymore, but this is important. VERY important.

I'm not the best at explaining things, so I'll put links below. But to put it simply, the EU wants to approve of a new law that will truly endanger the internet. They're acting like it's a way to protect copyright holders, but in reality it will take down ANYTHING connected to copyright, even if it's fair use. Which includes fanart, fanfciton, memes, parodies and anything of that sort. Even original work could fall victim, because it's done through a filtering system and the computer won't always be able to tell the difference. Even if you don't live in the EU, this will affect you too, because fandoms and the internet in general, won't be the same again without Europeans.

NOW is the time to act. The final voting will done on July 4-5th.

I have to say it's pretty weird coming on here and seeing new activity. Like, comments, faves and even watches that happened in the passed week or something. Considering it's been like 2 years since I became inactive on here.

Honestly, the thing is...I kinda wanna come back on here, but the main problem is...I have no art to upload. My motivation to draw has only been going downhill the passed 2 years, and now it's a miracle if I manage a small doodle once every few months. I haven't made a finished drawing in more than 2 years. And my last time sketching digitally is like 1.5 years ago.

I definitely miss this place and I really wish art college hadn't fucked me up like this...

Okay, so I noticed how incredible inactive I've gotten here lately, the most inactive I've ever been on here. This journal is not to say I'm coming back or anything, because honestly... I don't think I can.

This website holds so many dear memories of mine, but also painful memories. They remind me of what I used to be, but aren't anymore. I miss being able to draw every single day, being able to create things from my mind.

But I'm still in recovery from what happened 2-3 years ago and my mental state is stil very fragile. How often I draw is only becoming less and less with each passing day, often going months without even drawing a single line.

I really wanna come back, I do. I miss drawing like I used to. But I just... I can't. It's too much for me, I have lost my drive to draw, there's no passion in it anymore... college has literally broken me.

I will for always treasure my time here. But everything has it's end. I might be back one day, who knows. But for now... I don't think I will.

But if you wanna keep in contact with me (and keep track of the very rare doodles I sometimes upload), I'm on Tumblr every single day. AngelShizuka is my personal blog, though I am more active on SmallHiroDork right now, which is my Hiro RP blog.

March 30th

My parents got together with my aunt and her boyfriend to buy me a PlayStation 3. And even though my birthday isn't until April 27th, they decided to give it to me today. I am so happy with this. Now I can finally watch BluRays in my own room and play PS3 games!! Which is kinda funny, because I bought Kingdom Hearts 1.5 Remix just over a week ago, because I was planning on getting a PS3.

Actually I first asked for the LE Anna and Elsa dolls, that were released on March 18th. But due to the Disney Store fucking up big time, and totally screwing over us EU Disney fans. We missed out on them and weren't able to buy them... I'm still sad and mad about that. But luckily I do own the November LE Anna and Elsa dolls. And that is good enough for now.

My Room Turned Upside Down.

I couldn't access my computer for nearly a week. Thursday last week, my parents bought a new closet for my room (first furniture I payed with my own money, I feel like such an adult).

Anyway, I went to visit my sister last weekend. Which was a good time for my dad to build my new closet. Because a lot of stuff in my room had to be moved around. My bed and desk switched places, it's so weird sleeping at the other side of my room now.

Even though I returned home on sunday, I couldn't get back on the computer right away. I frist had to organize all my stuff and put it in the new closet. This took me like 5 days to do (though, I was home late 3 of those days). Yesterday I finally finished my room and this morning my dad put my desk with my computer infront of my new closet.

It actually was a really smart idea of my mother. The closet behind my desk works perfectly. The closet feels like an extention of my desk. And I have so much more room for all my merchandise and other junk!

Also on a side note. I finally got my vitamin D medicine again.
